Douglas County, Colo., to Hear from Public on Short-Term Vacation Rentals

The Board of Douglas County, Colo., Commissioners was scheduled to convene a town hall meeting on Jan. 25 to discuss short-term rentals. Board members have been hearing from property owners about expanding the market for vacation rentals. Now they want to hear from property owners opposed to short-term rentals in their neighborhood. The county’s zoning regulations currently only permit short-term rentals in a limited capacity.
