    Who should submit presentation proposals?

    All vacation rental industry professionals are encouraged to submit presentation proposals.

    The Conference Programming Committee is especially interested in receiving proposals from those who work for/own vacation rental management companies. The time you put into preparing for a presentation will come back to directly benefit your company. Learn more.

    2015 Annual Conference Format and Suggested Topics

    The Annual Conference will feature a total of 56 concurrent educational sessions on a variety of topics; programming will be offered in 7 session blocks with 8 breakout sessions per block. With limited presentation slots, not all submissions will be selected.     Based on past attendee feedback, the committee strives to achieve the following mix of sessions by topic (subject to change):

    • Accounting/Finance/Legal Issues: 15% of sessions
    • Business Strategy: 20% of sessions
    • Human Resources/Information Technology: 10% of sessions
    • Marketing: 25% of sessions
    • Property Services: 15% of sessions
    • Sales: 15% of sessions
    • New for 2015 Annual Conference: Vacation Rental Industry Trends track
      • Seven sessions will focus specifically on trends in and affecting the vacation rental industry.
