By expertly aligning the property’s brand with Hubbard’s reality TV persona, Sawgrass crafted a strategy that resonated deeply with her fanbase. The company implemented a pre-launch phase that engaged followers with teaser content and directed them to a custom landing page to join a VIP list, driving anticipation and capturing leads.

The campaign utilized a mix of digital tactics, including social media collaborations, a co-branded website, and an Instagram profile (@hubbhousenashville), generating substantial engagement and visibility. Metrics like an 860% increase in web page views, 32.88% growth in followers, and a 412% rise in impressions underscore the campaign’s reach. Additionally, the email campaign boasted an 81% open rate and a 48% click-through rate, resulting in over 4,000 new subscribers. Sawgrass further extended the brand’s impact by designing a unique Instagram filter, reinforcing Hubb House’s distinct, vibrant appeal. This campaign not only positioned Hubb House as a top destination in Nashville’s competitive vacation rental market but also achieved $45,159.34 in revenue, with an above-average nightly rate and high occupancy.
