Key Data has partnered with automated marketing platform BookingsCloud to help property managers boost direct bookings. Through the collaboration, BookingsCloud will access Key Data’s real-time market insights on trends, demand, and availability, allowing marketing campaigns to automatically adjust to changing conditions. The partnership aims to address growing pressure on property managers to increase direct revenue rather than rely on OTAs. Key Data CEO Jason Sprenkle highlighted that the integration lets operators align marketing spend with actual market performance, directing resources where they are most likely to succeed.
