Appeals Court Rejects Airbnb Challenge, Upholds New Orleans's Strict STR Rules

A three-judge panel of the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has rejected Airbnb’s challenge to New Orleans’s short-term rental regulations, permitting the city to retain its tough rules limiting the number of vacation rentals in residential neighborhoods.
