April U.S. STR Demand Up 10.1% YoY: AirDNA

Data from AirDNA shows that short-term rental demand nights in April increased 10.1% year on year (YoY), while revenue per available room increased 12.7%, the fastest rate since November 2024 and the second-fastest rate since February 2022. Some of the increase can be credited to the calendar shift pushing many spring break and Easter holidays into April.
