BookingsCloud has launched Opportunity Score, a predictive tool designed to boost short-term rental revenue by identifying undervalued listings and automatically running targeted advertising campaigns. The tool scores properties on a 0-100 scale based on optimal booking windows and near-term market demand, directing potential guests to the operator’s direct booking site. Integrated with property management systems, it analyzes booking history, market conditions, and pricing to optimize campaigns and automatically stops promotions when listings are fully booked or additional advertising offers low returns.
