Casago Expands Along Florida-Georgia Coast

Casago has expanded its Florida-Georgia portfolio by acquiring Vacasa’s coastal properties in St. Augustine, Amelia Island, and St. Simons Island. The acquired properties will be locally owned and operated by Impact Holdings under Casago’s franchise model, maintaining existing management agreements for homeowners. The move strengthens Casago’s presence in Florida and adds two Georgia markets, bringing decision-making closer to local teams. CEO Steve Schwab said the acquisition enhances local leadership and continuity for guests and homeowners, reflecting Casago’s strategy of partnering with established operators to drive growth while keeping operations closely connected to the communities where the properties are located.
