Casago Expands Colorado Footprint with Locally Led Franchise in Estes Park

Casago has expanded its Colorado presence through a locally operated franchise in Estes Park led by Adam and Marylee Postovit. The couple acquired Casago Estes Park in October 2025 during Casago’s transition of former Vacasa-managed markets to local ownership and assumed operations in February 2026. The franchise now manages 47 mountain vacation homes. The Postovits introduced personalized hospitality features, including a Dream Weaver role focused on customized guest experiences, along with proactive inspections and preventive maintenance for homeowners. They also support the local economy through regional hiring and vendor partnerships. Casago founder and CEO Steve Schwab said the Estes Park operation reflects the company’s franchise-first strategy emphasizing local leadership and accountability.
