Casago Launches Idaho Franchise

Casago has launched a new franchise in Idaho, expanding its presence in McCall and the Boise area with management of about 120 vacation homes supported by a 14-person local team. The move continues Casago’s franchise-first strategy after its 2025 acquisition of Vacasa, shifting markets toward locally owned operations backed by a national platform. The Idaho franchise is led by Alex and Susan Pedigo, who bring more than 15 years of vacation rental and business experience. They plan to emphasize community-based management, stronger homeowner relationships, and promotion of local businesses alongside guest services. “Alex and Susan represent exactly what Casago stands for—locally invested, community-minded operators delivering a better experience for homeowners and guests,” said Steve Schwab, founder and CEO of Casago. “Our model is built around empowering people who know their markets best, and we’re proud to support their growth in Idaho.”
