Duluth City Council Considers Changes to STR Licenses

In Minnesota, the Duluth City Council is currently considering changes to its short-term vacation rental licenses following the one-year moratorium that was implemented last autumn. The moratorium was established in order to study if and how short-term rentals are impacting the city's housing shortage.
