Easter Demand Rises Across Europe as Travelers Seek Lower-Cost Destinations

Short-term rental demand across Europe is increasing for Easter, with travelers increasingly choosing more affordable destinations, according to PriceLabs data. Booked nights rose in 18 of 22 markets, with Krakow and Athens up 51% and Budapest up 50%. While some French destinations, including Brittany, Bordeaux, and Paris, saw declines, average daily rates climbed across all markets, especially Prague (+27%), Paris (+24%), and Budapest (+21%). London (€428) and Paris (€386) remain the priciest, while Krakow (€98) and Budapest (€100) offer the lowest rates.
