The platform features high-end villas and residences with premium amenities, including detailed property descriptions and real-time availability. The new channel enables Equity Residences to manage pricing and brand consistency more effectively than via third-party platforms. One other motivation behind the launch is the rising cost of booking through major rental platforms, where additional fees can increase the total price for guests. By contrast, the firm said direct booking provides clearer pricing and a closer working relationship with its service team.
