Evolve Acquires 1,000 Owner Contracts from Casago

Evolve acquired roughly 1,000 owner contracts from Guestworks, a Vacasa-run service now under Casago, expanding its portfolio to about 36,000 properties, CEO Brian Egan said. The acquisition included the homeowner contracts but not Guestworks’ technology or operational infrastructure. Evolve’s tech-enabled, hands-off approach aligns with these contracts, allowing owners who are actively involved in operations—like housekeeping and guest care—to benefit from marketing, distribution, and support at scale. Casago CEO Steve Schwab confirmed the inventory transfer, emphasizing that homeowners would continue receiving strong support under Evolve’s management.
