Bulgaria-based Flataway.ai has launched Staycy, an AI-powered website builder for professional vacation rental managers, enabling them to create conversion-optimized, direct-booking sites in minutes. Backed by an $800,000 pre-seed round led by Eleven Ventures and Angel Invest, Staycy integrates with property management systems and automates workflows. Early access attracted 187 property managers globally, with Flataway’s team reviewing each site for optimization. CEO Boris Pavlov highlighted AI’s role in reshaping bookings. The platform plans to integrate future features that will allow AI travel planners to check availability and book via the OpenAI App Store.
