Guesty has introduced new AI features, including ReplyAI Autopilot and AI Task Creation, to automate guest communication and operational workflows within its platform. The system can understand guest intent, generate responses in a manager’s preferred tone, and convert messages into actionable tasks, reducing manual workload.
