Hamilton County Commissioners Consider STR Rules

Hamilton County, Tennessee, Commissioners are modifying the rules on short-term rentals (STRs) The new resolution, if passed, could ban rentals from residential neighborhoods in rural areas. People on both sides of the issue were present at a commission meeting on May 29. Commissioners were scheduled to vote on the measure this week.
