Holidu Acquires German Vacation Rental Platform Bestfewo.de

Holidu has acquired German vacation rental portal Bestfewo.de for an undisclosed sum, continuing its expansion strategy in Europe. Bestfewo will keep its brand and operate independently, but its platform will be integrated into Holidu’s software system to streamline operations and enhance tools for hosts. CEO Johannes Siebers said the deal strengthens Holidu’s position in its home market by expanding both supply and demand. The acquisition is Holidu’s 13th to date, following purchases including Cybevasion and Finca Mallorca, as the company accelerates consolidation through AI-supported integrations.
