HomeToGo Announces Leadership Changes

HomeToGo has announced leadership changes following its acquisition of Swiss tourism company Interhome, a move designed to strengthen its position across the vacation rental value chain and expand direct guest interactions. The company confirmed that HomeToGo_PRO, its B2B arm, is now its largest business unit. Stephanie Frenzel, formerly director of people and organization, has been promoted to chief people officer and appointed to the Group Management Board, where she will lead global talent strategy and development. Meanwhile, Dominik Schwarz has rejoined HomeToGo as managing director of the HomeToGo Marketplace, tasked with driving efficiency, growth, and profitability under the group’s “Unlocking Better Stays” vision.
