HomeToGo has launched an AI-powered travel companion, designed to support customers through search, booking, and early post-booking stages. Built in-house, the Dash companion integrates HomeToGo’s existing AI features, including search, reviews, and filtering tools, aiming to improve response speed, accuracy, and reduce workload for customer experience teams. The company reported that Dash has cut escalations to human agents by 85% compared with its previous third-party chatbot and by 68% versus its first in-house AI tool. The system also generates AI FAQs for listings and enhances visibility and conversion for accommodation partners ahead of the 2026 peak booking season.
