Hospitable Launches Cleaner Marketplace for Short-Term Rentals

Hospitable has launched its Cleaner Marketplace and updated its operations platform, offering end-to-end automation for property turnovers. The marketplace, initially available in the U.S. and Canada, connects hosts with over 150,000 vetted cleaners, enabling automatic assignment, dispatch, and payment, along with real-time tracking, photo and video proof, and issue reporting. Operations now features smart lock codes for secure, task-specific access, and automated turnover checklists that adjust for guest context, such as pets or party size. CEO Pierre-Camille Hamana said the tools address major pain points in short-term rentals, providing accountability, consistency, and streamlined management without third-party integrations.
