Hospitable Launches Split Payouts for Direct Bookings

Hospitable has launched Split Payouts, allowing property managers to automatically divide booking revenue between themselves and property owners from a single transaction. The feature pays the owner’s share and manager’s commission at check-in, eliminating manual calculations, reconciliation, and bank transfers. Previously available only for Airbnb through its payment system, Split Payouts now supports Vrbo and direct bookings through Hospitable. The feature integrates with the company’s owner-management tools, including Owner Statements, its branded Owner Portal, accounting, and Owner Payouts. Split Payouts is currently available on Hospitable’s Mogul plan for U.S. bank accounts, with UK support planned.

Why It Matters: Owners no longer have to wait on a manager's monthly reconciliation to get paid, closing a gap that's existed for Vrbo and direct bookings since Airbnb built its own split-payment system years ago. The automated split payouts could reduce administrative work and make direct bookings easier for professional managers.
