Lake.com Hits 40,000 Properties

Lake.com has reached 40,000 active rental properties across 36 countries, as demand for lakeside and coastal stays grows. Europe leads supply, with Italy, Croatia, France, Denmark, and Spain accounting for the largest concentrations, while the US has about 2,000 listings concentrated in states such as Florida, Tennessee, and New Hampshire. "We set out this year with the ambitious goal of onboarding 30,000 properties," said David Ciccarelli, co-founder and CEO of Lake.com. "Thanks to the trust of our partners and the hard work of our team, we surpassed that by more than 30%, reaching over 40,000 listings. It’s a milestone that motivates us to keep building."
