Local Hospitality Company Takes on Vacation Rental Portfolio with Casago Franchise

The Kanji family’s Impact Holdings has partnered with Casago to take over Vacasa’s vacation rental markets in St. Augustine, Florida; Amelia Island, Florida; and St. Simons Island, Georgia; adding roughly 400 units to Casago First Coast. Drawing on more than 40 years of local hospitality experience, the family aims to combine regional expertise with Casago’s national franchise support to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue for homeowners. Existing field teams remain in place and have been retrained under Casago’s model, with management agreements and fees unchanged. The move reflects Casago’s strategy of partnering with locally knowledgeable operators to deliver consistent, high-quality short-term rental management.
