Mayors Push for Local Control over STRs in Northern Arizona

Some mayors in northern Arizona are calling for local control over short-term rental regulations. They are asking state legislators to return local control to cities so they can create rules that suit their individual needs. A law signed by Gov. Doug Ducey stripped Arizona municipalities of the power to prohibit vacation rentals. The mayors discussed the issue at a recent forum.
