Ocean City Extends Short-Term Rentals Moratorium Through January 2027

Ocean City, Maryland, Mayor Rick Meehan and Town Council members have extended a moratorium on new short-term rental licenses in some single-family neighborhoods through January 2027. The decision was announced in the Town Council meeting early last week.
