Ohio Lawmakers Want to Ease Way for STRs

State lawmakers in Ohio have introduced bills to prohibit local governments from banning short-term rentals (STRs). Identical bills have been introduced in the Ohio House and Senate that would prevent local governments from “adopting or enforcing regulations, requirements, restrictions, or other resolutions or ordinances” that would prohibit STRs.
