Pavilion Launches as the First Founder-Owned National Vacation Rental Company

Pavilion has launched as a national vacation rental company, bringing together 20 locally led businesses managing more than 5,000 homes and serving about 50,000 guests monthly. The model allows local founders and teams to retain operational control while becoming majority owners of the broader company, giving them access to shared technology, data, accounting, revenue management, purchasing, insurance, and other resources. Pavilion’s founding companies currently operate as 16 businesses following several mergers. The company is backed by TZP Group, HPS Investment Partners, and Capital Dynamics, with PGIM as its primary lender. Pavilion plans to expand by partnering with additional successful local vacation rental companies while preserving their local expertise and owner relationships.
