The update introduces AI-driven tools like the Market-Driven Base Price Helper for starting prices, Group-Level Preview Prices to test changes across multiple listings, and a Safety Minimum Price to protect margins. A Listing Optimizer now tracks Airbnb visibility, while enhanced forecasting and reporting, including Owner Analytics, provide performance insights. The upgrade aims to give property managers greater control over pricing, bookings, and portfolio performance by combining automation with human oversight.
