RMS Integrates Breezeway Tools to Streamline Operations

Hospitality management platform RMS has announced a new integration with operations software provider Breezeway. The partnership brings Breezeway’s automation tools directly into the RMS platform, enabling users to manage day-to-day tasks more efficiently. Available features include automated scheduling for cleaning teams, customizable task tracking, real-time inventory monitoring, guest messaging powered by AI, digital welcome books, and smart lock code automation. According to RMS, users can save around 40 hours per month on administrative work using Breezeway’s automated systems, while Breezeway reports average annual revenue gains of $20,000 among its business users. Jeremy Gall, founder and CEO of Breezeway, said: “We’re excited to partner with RMS to bring a smarter, more connected approach to property operations."
