Sonder CEO Davidson Exits, Chair Named Interim Boss

Sonder CEO and co-founder Francis Davidson has stepped down from both the CEO role and the board after a decade leading the company. Board Chair Janice Sears has been appointed interim CEO, with her tenure expected to last up to six months. Davidson's departure comes as Sonder prepares to integrate its inventory with Marriott through a major 20-year licensing deal.
