Touch Stay Acquired by Czech Group itrinity

Touch Stay, which creates digital guest welcome books for short-term vacation rentals, has been sold to itrinity, a Czech portfolio company behind five existing software-as-a-service SaaS companies. Touch Stay CEO Andy McNulty, in a letter to customers, admitted that the decision made by him and his co-founder Joe Jones to sell their business had been “incredibly hard” but reassured them that “the great product and the rockstar team remain the same,” despite the acquisition. McNulty added that he was “off to pastures new” but would remain in place for the short term to ensure a smooth transition.
