VayKLife Acquires Xplorie to Combine Vacation Rental Amenities and Activities

VayKLife has acquired Xplorie, combining the former’s vacation amenities and gear services, including bikes, games, and beach chairs, with the latter’s portfolio of local activities and experiences. Financial terms were not disclosed, and both brands will operate under the VayKLife name. “VayKLife has oriented its business towards the gear and amenities that travelers need to enjoy their vacation, while Xplorie has built an incredible business around the activities travelers want to do and experience while on vacation,” said Dan Gaertner, CEO of VayKLife.
