Hosts Embrace AI for Guest Messaging as Hospitable Reports 45% Jump
Property hosts are increasingly adopting AI to manage guest communication, according to new data from Hospitable. Use of its AI-suggested replies feature rose 45% in the first half of 2025, with nearly 60% of messages sent unedited. Hosts are also customizing responses more, as Knowledge Hub imports of property details, policies, and tone grew 58%. AI-assisted review replies remain strong, with 880,000 drafted in the same period. Hospitable CEO Pierre-Camille Hamana said AI is becoming a trusted partner in short-term rentals, supporting human hospitality while streamlining operations across pricing, communication, reviews, and booking management.
