The VRMA member community lost an influential and respected voice. Jean F. Siebert, who owned and operated Siebert Realty in Sandbridge and Virginia Beach with her husband Jack, passed away on April 21, 2019. It was their mission to provide guests with great memories, owners with excellence, team members with camaraderie and do it all with integrity and fun!

Jean was quite active in VRMA and was a big supporter of the association. She regularly brought her team and her family to VRMA events and got them engaged and involved in the association. Her son Patrick Keenan currently serves on the VRMA Leadership Development Committee.

Members of her Virginia community credit her with leading the way for working women by demonstrating success at business while raising four children and celebrating nine grandchildren. Jean served on the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation Board of Trustees, Virginia Aquarium Foundation Board of Trustees and TowneBank Virginia Beach Board of Directors.

Jean will be missed. On behalf of the VRMA community, we extend our deepest condolences to Jack and the entire Siebert family.

Jean’s full obituary may be read in The Virginian Pilot.
