Shoulder Season Sees Boom for European STR Market

The latest monthly review of the European short-term rental market from AirDNA shows that September started the shoulder season with a 19.7% increase in demand and a 1.5% growth in occupancy compared to last year, as guests not limited by school holidays enjoyed traveling out of season. While last year, demand dropped off 30.8% from August into September, this year the drop-off decreased to 23.1%.
