    2022 Ends on High Note for European Short-Term Rentals: AirDNA

    Short-term rentals in Europe ended last year on a high note, with 10.2 percent more nights booked than in December 2019 and 47.4 percent more than in 2021, according to data from AirDNA. The supply of available listings increased 13.8 percent year-over-year, pushing occupancy up to historic highs for December. Some 355 million nights were booked last year, 39 percent more than in 2021 and 3 percent higher than in 2019, bringing in over $55 billion in bookings.
