Data from AirDNA showed a strong start to what could be the European short-term rental industry's strongest summer on record, with over 37 million nights stayed, 32.8 percent more than in 2019 and 22.6 percent more than last year. Available listings, meanwhile, increased 8.6 percent year over year, pushing occupancy up across the continent. High demand and daily rates pushed revenue up 96 percent from the same month in 2019.
