Minut has launched Call Assist, a 24-hour service that enables operators to call guests to resolve noise issues in short-term rental properties. Call Assist will provide round-the-clock access to phone operators who will reach out to guests in case of excessive noise. With the service, trained phone operators will call guests when noise persists despite the alerts to remind them of the host’s property rules and of the importance of respecting the rest of the community.
