Richmond, Virginia, has finalized its plan to address its short-term rental requirements. The decision comes after a months-long delegation from the city’s planning and zoning department ultimately ruled in favor of a dozen new regulations. These regulations include such factors as parking, proper signage, and room and renter limits. However, the one requirement that has caused the most debate regards an owner occupancy clause.
